    I don't dislike the guy, but don't you need to consider sending Sheets down when they activate Grandal? I mean, no way he catches every day, so I'd like the flexibility of carrying 3 catchers.

    Counterpoint: Bell has played 26 games in the outfield in his career. He would be a step down from Sheets defensively, and that's saying something.

    I feel like Yo hits so much better in the 2 hole and TLR has resisted hitting him there since he got the job. Hopefully, we se 2019 Moncada the rest of the way.

    Personally, I want Prielipp, but I think he'll be priced out of their range. I'm guessing Campbell. Would be happy with Toman, Gilbert, Snelling. Less so with Hughes and Hjerpe.

    Just read Pipeline’s 2012 redraft https://www.mlb.com/news/redrafting-the-2012-mlb-draft?t=mlb-draft-coverage just to set expectations, their 26th best player in the redraft is Patrick Wisdom. Getting any value out of a draft pick at all is a win.

    Just to clarify, a franchise that has never given out any 100 mil deals would now give out a 500 mil contract. Sounds unlikely.

    Jones has been streaky and the track record on Stanford hitters is pretty bad. He does hit lefty. I could see it, but I think both Gilbert and Beavers are ahead of him. I bet he goes comp/early 2nd.
