  1. I'm really hating the song "The Reason" by Incubu...er, I mean Hoobastank. It's the most cliched, genaric, emotion-less, ballad I've heard in some time
  2. HAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHA!!!!!!

  10. The second the Yankees signed A-Rod I knew the starting line-ups would be almost all Yankees, even if they we're all under the mendoza line. The NL however is usually pretty good, nice and equal amongst the teams and people who deserve it. The fans have blown it though, it all started in 2001 with the AL (Mariner) All Stars. I think if the MLB is trying this "It Counts" experiment for 2 years they should maybe try a fans have no say experiment, or maybe a fans have a little say thing. Just writing this I came up with an idea. The on-line voting stuff will remain, but voting doesn't start until the last week of June, or first week of July, and there will only be a few candidates per position based on stats, like top 5 of 6 guys, then the fans can vote for those guys. Because I will truly vomit if Jeter gets the starting job at short when Micheal Young is hitting 100+ points higher than him. And they also need to get id of the every team gets at least one all star rule. Maybe a stat saavy person could look up who is the top 5 or 6 guys per position in the AL and NL, and maybe top 10 for the outfield (not just RF,LF,CF)
  11. The Brewers have such a great farm system right now, if they could add a guy like a Reed or an Anderson or Borchard, maybe throw in a pitcher to replace Sheets, a Honel or Diaz or Munoz, maybe they'll be tempted to trade Sheets, probably not, but hey if I'm KW I give it a try.
  12. KW is saying all the right things. The future is so unpredictable, we can't control the future, we can only live in the now. Say the Sox trade guys like Reed and Anderson or Borchard or Honel, whoever. And that trade nets them a pitcher, that pitcher helps the Sox win the series, more fans show up the next year the payroll increases the Sox start signing big time FA's and stay in contention for more world titles... Will that happen? Who knows. The Sox could keep the young guys, and Ryan Sweeney slips on some ice on an Iowa sidewalk and his career is over. Or on 2007 the Sox have some of the best young talent in the majors. Again... Who knows? Anything can happen, KW is willing to take risks, according to that article JR is willing to increase payroll for a chance to win, and I'm all for it.
  13. *COUGH* Attention Whore *COUGH*

  15. I loved when Youkilis hit his first home run, and came back to the dugout, nobody was there to greet him so he just gave high-fives to the air. I was dying
  16. Not to mention today, 4-5 with 6 RBI's
  17. If there is a good picture of Timo hitting that shot, Mr. Perez will be the first person to get his "_______ f***ing ______" picture in 2004 He's earned it
  18. Just went to the MLB.TV page and it says this: Some MLB.TV feeds are temporarily unavailable. We hope to have technical issues resolved shortly.
  19. How can this game be blacked out nationally? There's no game on ESPN, there is no gray block next to the 350K thing, which usually signifies a blackout, and the Padres Phillies game is live. What the living f***?!
