I guess they could have chosen him over Sosa. But yeah, still likely would have been pushed out. Though having him against lefties over Acuna would be great right now.

He would be eligible to come off the IL in time for the Braves, Dodgers and Yankees series. Would miss the Phillies series. Probably going to miss more time though, but hope not.
