  1. I’m actually in favor of Baldwin getting more time in CF and Acuña earning more time there, pushing Baldwin to a corner.
  2. Oh I’m in favor of that happening in the majors as long as he’s consistently playing.
  3. I agree he should be in LF most days. Or RF with Hays in his more natural spot in LF. Edit: in both games Hays has played, he’s been in LF
  4. Regular at bats might not be there, depending. And there’s absolutely still stuff to work on like his defense and playing an average Outfield.
  5. True, because if the call is close you’d almost be better off challenging. Might go from 2 outs to 0 by a hair.
  6. One isn’t blocked by someone potentially better. I think Teel is going to be great. Both lose a little value going off the catching position. I’d be all in on Quero being the long-term catcher if Teel wasn’t here.
  7. O/U: 91.5? Is that a good number?
  8. I’m shocked
  9. Which player is playing against the better competition? Do both project to stick at SS?
  10. This one was easily worse in terms of snow since we started getting it at the very end of November this year and then it just stayed
  11. If he ended up being a backup one day, wouldn’t be the worst outcome. He very well may with the guys coming up plus whoever they draft this year (I’m not completely locking in Roch but yeah, I guess pretty close).
  12. Deal cash considerations for him again? Honestly, they might as well just bring back Urias
  13. Gotta be open and listen though. Only guaranteed to have him for 2 years. He doesn’t sign the deal he signed to then sign a team friendly deal. Possible, but he’s targeting to sign a huge deal when he’s 28 and proven himself.
  14. Yeah don’t really think we’ll regret not having him. We’ll just continue to regret not dealing him last offseason, and trade deadlines, or two ago.
  15. So better to go down for having an affair with your sister in law? Lol
  16. Re-sign him. You can do that if you trade him for a good package in July of this year as well.
  17. Good start to cementing himself as #1 pick
  18. I would think it depends on “how good.” And they absolutely should be open to dealing a guy who signed a contract with the idea of becoming a FA at the age of 28.
  19. Hes not even going to play 3B for the Sox. What are you talking about? Plus, his free agency still lines up with Freeman’s if they really wanted a spot for him.
