Yeah s%*#, Clifford is their 7th ranked prospect and Gilbert 12th. Try to build a package off one of those guys and a lesser piece or two. Who knows if Clifford will even stick in the OF though.

Yeah, it seems like they do it to get Lenyn into the lineup but you might as well just play him at 3B. Colson should be at SS every day until they decide he can't handle it or they acquire a better defensive SS prospect.

He's played more 1B this season but he's also left-handed. We're definitely at a point (along with next year) where they could play him in the OF corners.

One thing I don't get is if he really does hit lefties well still (he does), why not move him higher against lefties?

Cards are paying $2.7M of the remaining. Braves aren’t paying much. His salary is $7.5M for the season, so less than half than that at this point.
