I was 17, it was fall of my senior year, I worked part-time in retail the last time the Sox clinched.
I am now 30, an accountant and getting engaged soon.
Game 3 for ALDS would be the day off for the NLDS. If the Yanks or Red Sox are in it, Sox game would probably be about a 3 PM game, with the other game starting at 6/6:30. If those 2 aren't in it, it could go either way I would think.
I think they should plan for 2 one day when they’re in Chicago like someone else said and let Tigers be home team one game. Jays and Angels did that this year.
Not that the author actually knows anything for sure, but this came up in the MLBTR chat yesterday. Someone asked what the author thought Rodon's next contract would look like and he responded that he thinks he receives and accepts the QO. Do you guys think he would accept it if offered?
I think it is because Sale was at least getting innings in 2010 as a starter in college and then more innings in the MLB as a reliever. Also was a starter prior seasons in college. Kopech doesn't have the same workload prior to becoming a starter (missing basically 2 full seasons before this one).
I agree there are certain times you might bunt (Hernandez hitting like .200 in a Sox uni) but not with a guy who’s been hitting as well as Leury lately.
