Giolito wasn't great but it felt like a good 'learning experience' game. He battled. It may amount to nothing, but he did have it for a couple innings in this game.

Id bet on tarps now.

I think the umps know the rest of this game could be fucked so they want it to be official, at the very least.

Cycle is awesome, but even without it I think the Sox really should give this kid a chance in our OF. We pretty much know what we have with Engel and Palka. I hope they dont wait too long to give this kid his chance.

Soon as Eloy gets comfortable, that should be the end of Castillo in the 4-hole. But yeah, it still sucks anyway. He needs to start hitting now because otherwise the life or death of each rally started by the top falls on Abreu or Moncada. They can't do it all for us. Castillo kills rallies.

I really liked Carson's demeanor yesterday. He looked really calm, cool and collected. I don't think getting sent back down will bother him, but I am excited to see if this can translate to sustained success.

Gio's just gotta get that new delivery down 100%. Even though the KC game was great, it's clear he doesn't quite have it mastered yet. If he can master it, he looks to be a tough pitcher to deal with. Here's hoping yesterday's game was a great learning experience for Lucas in what it takes to repeat that delivery.

Zack's eye is legit. He had a nice first at-bat against Bieber. Jury's still out on if he can stick at catcher, but I think his eye can play in the majors. Big year for him.

That inning was pretty fun. The catcher and ump b****ing at each other was pretty funny. You could visbily hear the 1b ump telling him he cannot go to the mound.

Time has passed, and I am still pissed at the White Sox. How on earth did they supposedly have a framework in place for signing both? It would have had to be "get manny for 250" then throw enough at Harper to get him to sign. But they straight up gave up on Harper like a bunch of little b****es. If they thought they'd get both of these players for 500 million, they are delusional and have been fooling themselves for the 2 years leading up to this offseason. At the end of the day one sentiment still rings true for me. Fuck this franchise, mainly the ownership and front office.

I went from being super stoked about the rebuild, the money savings looking to this offseason... The rebuild is still pretty good, but it is a big deal to not acquire either of these guys. I root for my guys. Anyone wearing that Sox uniform. They play for the same incompetent front office that we are forced to deal with. Personally I am not interested in going to any games. I was all about going to more games than usual if they got one of these guys. I was all in. Now I'm just limping in, and will fold at the first sign of trouble (ie, rebuild failing). The only motivation I have to go to any games is to tailgate with some friends in nice weather and play bags. I will do my best to not buy any food or drink inside the park. Normally, I'm plenty full and drunk before I get in anyway. Certainly no merchandise. I don't give a shit. Fuck White Sox ownership and White Sox front office. It will take a WS victory for me to even remotely consider supporting these assholes anymore. The end result of this is I turn into a deplorable fair weather fan. I really don't care, though. These fucking losers talk a big game, so now go win a fucking World Series or fuck right off.

Being out on Bryce after getting your ass handed to you in the Machado sweepstakes just adds further embarrassment to an already pathetic situation. Fuck the White Sox. Go Eloy, go Yoan, go all of you young guys. The only way the FO can win me back is if they win a World Series. Until then, fuck all of them.
