I'd be ok with a Garcia/LaRoche platoon at DH, but if Avi is the full time right fielder, I'll be enraged.

The Bulls really are in a crappy position right now. Making the playoffs as a 7 or 8 seed and losing in the first round does this team no good. Frankly, I'd start rebuilding now and trade anyone that has any semblance of value.

The Latos deal is even more of a steal once I remembered what Fister got.

If Latos was guaranteed a spot in the rotation, who is the odd man out? Johnson or Danks? I'd have to assume that it'd be Johnson just because Danks is paid so much $$$.

The Orioles make no sense. Why not offer Latos more money and get him instead? Gallardo isn't even that good anymore and the pick attached to him lowers his value even more.

At 2 years/$20 million, I'll give up the draft pick for a guy like Fowler without a second thought.

@CST_soxvan #WhiteSox also agree to terms on minor league deal with Travis Ishikawa. Invite to spring training. I like this move. Chances are that he won't be a factor, but he has a lot of postseason experience.

I LOVE this move. Even if he bombs, it's only $3 million lost.
