  1. QUOTE (KyYlE23 @ Jun 5, 2015 -> 02:50 PM) you are just a ray of sunshine I just call things how I see them. The Sox offense is awful, and I'm not afraid to say it. I'd be lying if I thought the Sox could get 3 or 4 runs a game consistently.
  2. QUOTE (SCCWS @ Jun 5, 2015 -> 03:06 PM) The Sox have to get ML ready players if they do trade Q. Either players on ML roster and/or excelling at AAA in a position we need. Last winter I was hoping Sox could get Bogaerts and 1 of the young catchers from Boston for Q. But Boston would not do that now with their present situation. I agree. If a deal were to be made with Texas, I think the Sox would want Gallo and Chi Chi Gonzalez because they're more ML ready.
  3. Maybe Nolan Ryan is coming out of retirement to pitch tonight. I bet he could still shutout the Sox right now even at his advanced age.
  4. QUOTE (Dunt @ Jun 5, 2015 -> 01:56 PM) I wonder if the Sox could flip Q for a package like Alfaro and Mazara from Texas? That return would not even be close to getting Q IMO. The Sox would demand a lot more than that.
  5. Is this the thread that we should post in once the draft starts or will there be a new thread to post in?
  6. I could see a team like St. Louis or Houston overpaying for Quintana near the trade deadline to try to bolster their rotation before the playoffs start. That being said, I wouldn't trade him unless the Sox got a great prospect or two.
  7. He has to be gone now. He's awful.
  8. If Jennings comes into this game, we have no chance.
  9. Sanchez looked like he was hurting there.
  10. I love Rodon. You could tell that he didn't have his best stuff out there but he battled and kept the Sox in the game. He's going to be a hell of a pitcher in a few years.
  11. QUOTE (chitownsportsfan @ Jun 4, 2015 -> 07:56 PM) He's in there for his bat anyways, wait, what? LOL. He did hit a homer yesterday though.
  12. I just know that I want nothing to do with Brady Aiken at #8.
  13. QUOTE (BigHurt3515 @ Jun 4, 2015 -> 07:43 PM) I think it's almost time to start Gordon at 2B more instead of Sanchez. Agreed. Let Beckham start until he stops hitting. You might as well try and let him play everyday with the way he's been hitting.
  14. The defense is always really horrible whenever Rodon is pitching. Not fair.
  15. Chris Sale was unbelievable tonight.
  16. Flowers showin' da haters that he's still got it.
  17. Flowers has got to go. He's killing this team.
  18. QUOTE (flavum @ Jun 3, 2015 -> 04:31 PM) Oh, I know. I was mocking the people that don't think it matters they win tonight. Oh ok. My sarcasm detector is broken, sorry.
