  1. Yeah Pipeline does a top 50 ranking where BA unveiled the top 100 by bonus, was at 50 before the most recent update I believe. I think even Fangraphs went up to 50 as well.
  2. Splitting hairs, but he's 81st by bonus from BA, not necessarily the 81st prospect in the class.
  3. It should've been a big signing in a series of acquisitions to push the team over the top. The problem was that it turned out to be THE big signing while other gaping holes were never addressed.
  4. I really enjoyed the pod, thought Getz came across very well on this appearance.
  5. Teams can't trade for INTL $ until the 15th either, so id guess that the team that signs him will probably be making moves to get more $ once they can.
  6. So you're saying the coveted payroll championship is within reach?
  7. A new academy should also help matters down there. Hopefully they'll begin to deploy two DSL teams so they can bring in & play more talent regularly.
  8. His writeup from Pipeline https://www.mlb.com/milb/prospects/2025/international/alejandro-cruz-829078
  9. https://www.baseball-reference.com/players/g/gilbety01.shtml Cornering the market on 30+ lefty relievers I see.
  10. The White Sox ReKAP podcast
  11. By bonus amount he fell in the top 20 from BA. Was number 33 on Pipeline's list.
  12. In that piece the Sox nor Related commented, but housing both teams on the site was still mentioned in the piece. The Fire apparently are looking at 7-10 acres there for their stadium.
