Going to the game tonight, my 1st this year...I have heard great things about the energy in the ballpark this season. Looking forward to a great game from Rodon and the Sox teeing off on some starting LH pitching.....and plenty grilled onions on my dog or polish....and I hope that ice cream stand with the freshly made waffle cones is still there.

I think it should be an All White Sox home run derby, but that's just me.

I always think our Sox play best with a little chip on their shoulder...let the national media ignore them. Now what bothers me is the local media doing the same. A small example of this for me...I was listening to WMVP on Saturday morning waiting for White Sox weekly to begin and Fred Huebner mentions that they will be talking White Sox starting at 10:00 so I left the channel on. I went in the store and came back out to my car at 10:10 and he is still taking calls from Cubbie fans so I yell at my radio "let them take their damn calls down the dial, you are the home of the White Sox and said you'd be talking White Sox starting 10 damn minutes ago!!" Yes I have some issues with the local media.

Not changing your strategy based on who was pitching was a joke and his attitude at the press conference was worse. I thought I was done being annoyed wirh him...I had been avoiding that TLR thread...then he does something else and sucks me right back in.

Yep he made it damn clear we were going to see this all season. His attitude towards the reporter who dared ask him an obvious question was bs.

That was just a bad time for a bunt today, period. If you will not adjust your strategy based on who is pitching, I just don't know what to say.
