  1. Our manager must be asleep. Collins is overmatched here. We playing checkers and they playing chess
  2. Collins has ZERO chance of hitting a lefty. Put the other catcher in Tony
  3. Lets GOOO cant waste a beautiful pitching performance like this again. Score
  4. They can’t let this guy off the hook for a third inning. This is getting ridiculous. Timely hit pls
  5. I never said anything remotely close to that. I compared something that happened in 2021 to something that happened in 2016 and said its nice that we had a different outcome. Thanks for playing.
  6. Gotcha. Thanks for commenting it added a lot.
  7. Jesus, can you cool it for like 5 seconds and allow space in your brain for the fact that other people can have different views on things? 2016 team started off 23-10 and then blew an 8 run lead to send their season into a spiral they never recovered from. That is the comparison I was drawing. Its not a courtroom, its a message board.
  8. Could have folded after the disaster series in New York just like they did in 2016 after Texas, but nope. This team (and coaching staff )has TWTW.
  9. Wow. Garbage appearance. You're up by 5 the only thing you should be worried about is THROW STRIKES
  10. Joe West giveth and Joe West taketh away.
  11. Nobody been good except for Kopech. Hendricks and Ruiz shaky. Everyone has been trash. Not many options unfortunately - need to aquire somebody.
  12. Sox at home vs sox on teh road is night and day. They look much more confident at home.
  13. Considering that Collins has played 2/3 the amount of games that Yasmani has, their offense production isn't *that* far apart. Neither have been great. I said "arguably". I'd rather have Yasmani but its not that much of a strech, which was my point. Take the stick out of your butt.
  14. Your standards are too high. Lower them.
  15. Arguably he's been more productive offensively than the guy in front of him. I'd like a stud BACKUP catcher who is good offensively, defensively too. They don't exist. Otherwise they'd be starting. Collins is about the best there is.
  16. I think, for a backup catcher, he has been great. I hold backups to low standards I guess. Look at everyone the sox threw behind the plate pre-2020. This is just fine.
