  1. I know he is a rookie but Clausen looks horrible
  2. Bears aren't even trying to score at this point
  3. Bears got extremely lucky Clausen sucks. That guy had the Bears coverage beat by 10 yards
  4. Devin Hester has such awful hands for an NFL WR
  5. This is the worst challenge ever by Carolina
  6. Bears dominating with the running game today. Forte playing great. But holy crap does Carolina suck.
  7. QUOTE (kitekrazy @ Oct 9, 2010 -> 11:49 PM) I loved the part:The ONLY player on the Twins that has a chance of being a Yankee is that catcher of yours. What is his name again? I doubt Mauer could handle NY. You might as well ask for a crucifixion if you don't show up for the post season. Mauer had a very good postseason last year and I can't believe there are people that still believe guys like Mauer don't show up when they don't produce. Its a small sample size, with almost any player if they get enough opportunities their playoff numbers will be similar to their regular season numbers. I'm assuming you were in the ARod isn't clutch camp until he dominated the postseason last year right?
  8. QUOTE (RockRaines @ Oct 9, 2010 -> 05:46 PM) Tough facing an actual defense huh Blue? Make Denard throw, and run the football. Michigan's pass D is even worse than their run D. Basically if a team doesn't make mistakes they will score a ton of points against Michigan.
  9. QUOTE (Brian @ Oct 9, 2010 -> 04:41 PM) Understatement. The corners are bad, but young so they can improve, but Cousins, when he finally has time, has guys open everywhere. The D Line is playing good I think. Bad time for Denard to keep making bad throws. The D Line isn't doing a good job at all versus the run and their linebackers also look horrendous.
  10. Michigan's defense is absolutely terrible.
  11. Braves come back and win. Nice, we have a series.
  12. 3-0 Giants already in the 1st on a HR by Burrell. What a boring first round of the postseason this is shaping up to be.
  13. QUOTE (Jordan4life @ Oct 8, 2010 -> 08:33 PM) I have no idea who's going to beat the Phillies. Meh they did nothing at all to win this game today. The Reds lost this one themselves. If teams continue to hit their batters, and make tons of errors of course they won't lose but that team is beatable, especially if they face a lineup like the Yankees.
  14. Reds bullpen melting down in the 6th. 2 HBP and a walk leading to a run.
  15. QUOTE (fathom @ Oct 8, 2010 -> 04:16 PM) Biggest difference between Twins of the 2nd half and Twins thru first 2 games is Mauer and Thome were two of the best hitters on the planet since the ASB, and they've both been awful vs the Yankees so far. I'm pretty sure Mauer led the AL in hitting since the ASB, and Thome led the AL in OPS. Thome wasn't very good against LH pitching this year and has had to face two really good left handed starters in Sabathia and Pettitte plus Mo who just kills lefties so his struggles aren't a surprise.
  16. Lance Berkman dominating tonight
  17. QUOTE (LittleHurt05 @ Oct 7, 2010 -> 03:05 PM) Rays teetering on the edge right now. Down 2-0 in the 5th, two on, one out for the heart of the TEX order, Shields gets pulled for Chad Qualls (worst closer of the 2010 season) edit: And boom goes the dynamite. Michael Young 3-run blast off Qualls, 5-0 TEX And that was after a questionable at best call by the 1st base ump saying Young didn't go around on that check swing.
  18. And the trend of horrible umpiring from last year continues this year.
  19. QUOTE (GoodAsGould @ Oct 5, 2010 -> 03:06 PM) So they bench tommie harris and cut mark anderson, our D-Line is becoming just as big of a wreck as our O-Line minus 1 individual. Anthony Adams is a solid player and the line has been good against the run but none of those guys outside of Peppers is a threat to rush the passer and that will likely be problematic as the season goes on.
  20. QUOTE (southsider2k5 @ Oct 4, 2010 -> 08:18 PM) That Boston team didn't have anywhere near the separation from the rest of the NBA that the Heat does. Honestly it is a real possibility that even if one of the three got hurt, they could still win it all. Agreed. If Wade gets hurt Lebron would still have more talent around him than he had in Cleveland where he took a team to the NBA finals and 60 plus wins the last two years.
  21. How I Met Your Mother with another terrible episode tonight.
  22. QUOTE (J.Reedfan8 @ Oct 4, 2010 -> 03:38 PM) That's the thing. I don't think anyone here would have problems with those picks if he addressed the O-Line before-hand (draft, FA, trades, whatever) but he didn't. The time he made some of those picks, thats when the O-Line was really struggling, then he continued to ignore it, until the O-Line got stupid bad. Even Olin Kreutz at this stage in his career looks pretty bad. Kreutz and Garza have been awful, the entire line is a freaking joke.
  23. Well even when the OL was good back in 06 it was obvious they needed to start rebuilding the line because guys like Ruben Brown, Tait, etc. were all old and towards the end of their careers and yet he did nothing to address the situation. That is inexcusable.
