I don't disagree, you just get so outraged by the littlest things.

Yea I'm at work and it's a very stressful day, was very much hoping to watch some Sox baseball.

The Tigers are being introduced, lining up on first base line. Tarp is still over most of the infield, however

The way I'm seeing it, the longer the delay the better. I get home from the city at around 5:30. The longer the delay=longer I'll be able to watch.

I thought someone above said the tarp came off?

Just on basepaths. Over the majority of infield still

It's coming down pretty good here, although I'm about 90 miles north and west of the ballpark.

Player introductions sponsored. That's why that's happening.

Pitchers not warming up. This game isn't being played anytime soon

This "music" is awful. I can't imagine hearing it full blast at the park.

They aren't playing today. They're just doing everything else.

Sucks that MLB.tv doesn't have the intros showing.

That will be really lame.

Shouldn't it be blacked out if you're trying to watch locally?

Why the hell are they doing the pregame s***. They need to get this game going before the next wave of rain hits

My MLB TV session is just a black screen. Ah, baseball.

Melky still 53. Jacob May is 32 though.

I'm in California

Tarp now coming off the field fully

Jacob May is 32...

Bad choice. Adam Dunn curse looms.

Nevermind it was just for the first pitch.

I think they're just doing as much of the OD stuff as possible, and the game being played is probably not happening. The people in the park will get a freebie of some sort and sent on their way home.

The Chicago White Sox were introduced driving in Ford Mustangs

But they end up paying marked up tickets for the first game of the season only to get a free ticket voucher to another game?

Worst thing about opening at home is no Gene Honda, dude is the best, just isn't the same without him.
