Hey Charlie, the game isn’t tied you moron.

He totally thought he tied it.

Culberson looked to me to be happy about the HR and extending the game so Puig could bat.

Lick that, Puig.

Tie Series.

What a game. This is one hell of a World Series.

He is a role player who just hit a home run in the world series. Let him have his moment.

Most home runs in a single world series game...I believe it.

The Dodger pen is human after all.

I had been prepping a post about how Kenley Jansen was suddenly Mo Rivera. Not so fast my friend. Got a little too cocky and left a cutter too much over the plate.

Only got to catch it from the 7th inning on- that was a joy to watch.

The 5 home runs hit in extra innings last night set a Major League record for most in extra innings, regular or postseason.

Tough game tonight. The Astros know Yu very well. McCullers is an unknown entity to the Dodgers. Dodgers won't have their best bats in the lineup. If the Astros get to Yu early, they will win, a pitcher's duel favors the Dodgers. The ball won't be flying out like it was at Dodgers stadium.

^The ball is juiced in Houston too.

7:20 first pitch the rest of the World Series.

But it won't be 100° in Houston's climate controlled dome.

Anyway, game is shaping up to be a pitchers duel.

What happened to Darvish? I wasn't able to watch but I expected him to be the key for LA. Now they are in trouble.

He had a 0.88 era over his last 5 starts.

Terrible location, getting behind in counts, hanging sliders...maybe too amped up, was throwing 98 early. He also had a pretty sterling record against the Astros (4-1) coming in.

At least it’s a game again, but Dodgers should have gotten at least two there.

Seems this game will be over around midnight.

From what I could tell he was missing with all his pitches, either off the plate completely or right down the heart of the plate. Didn't have anything for breaking pitches either.

Dodgers will win tomorrow, run line. Place your bets.

Guerriel in trouble, discipline expected

Interesting to see how the appeal process plays out, kind of a cop out if a suspension gets delayed until next season.

Just based on precedence, I don't think Gurriel is going to avoid not playing tonight. Manfred is meeting with him, and I'm sure the Astros' hands are tied.

Childish move. I wish they could fine him heavily and move on, but other guys have been suspended for things not on TV.

It was a long time ago, but Alomar spit on Hirschbeck in September and he got to play in the postseason. His suspension didn't begin until the next season.

Great way to promote the diversity of the game Gurriel, f***ing idiot. Darvish handled this very well. Should be interesting to see how Manfred handles this.

Gurriel had a Japanese teammate earlier in the season too. He is too old for that rhetoric.

A suspension makes sense, but I think Astros would be OK without him for a game too. This isn't losing a game changer like Altuve, Correa, or Springer. Those would be huge losses. For a game though, you try your luck with either Beltran or Maybin with Gonzalez or Gattis moving over to 1B.
