Covey isn't getting the tailing action today he had in his last game.  Still pitched good enough to earn more starts.

Covey got screwed. Had his struggles, but didn't deserve this. Skole/Anderson make that play and there's 2 outs, nobody on to begin the inning. We're probably hitting right now.

Just couldn’t get past recording two outs against Allen...and then couldn’t find a pitch to put away a professional contact hitter in Brantley.

Whatever the result, Covey held his own until his defense let him down.

Why did they take Covey out?  Granted, he was pitching at the Cy Young level, but you have to show confidence in your rookies that they can get themselves out of jams.
