In DSL news, Jose Rodriguez was 0-3 with a K. 

He did get a SF for an RBI!

 

 

So happy to see Hansen make it back and getting his second start tonight. Still my favorite pitching prospect.

Hope folks are patient with him.  Seems like there is still some rust to shake off. Also seems like a prime AFL candidate with Luis Robert.

Spencer Adams starts the game giving up a HR then striking out the next 3 batters.

I’m glad that Rutherford & Adolfo will both get a full year in High A.  The old development staff would have promoted these guys at the first sign of success, but I think we should be patient with them.  Given their age, there is no reason to rush their timelines.

These minor league games were interesting before, but now with the promotions, they are so much more exciting to follow.

Joel Booker seems to like Birmingham so far. I guess I need to pull for him now that I know he went to Iowa.
