August 29, 20187 yr This should help the tank, dare I say... its back on? Tim Anderson is the most irreplaceable position player on the team in my opinion. He's on pace for a 3+ WAR season and he's a threat to have a 25/25 season at short stop. That's really valuable.
August 29, 20187 yr I was able to watch the last two games. He was very good in the field. Monday the play deep in the hole was highlight film worthy. The hustle on the base paths, taking second, stealing third, coming home was great. Hope it isn't serious. He had called for the ball and I didn't see Delmonico call him off demonstrably. What I am trying to say, he looked very much like a major league shortstop.
August 29, 20187 yr Reminded me of a really bad collision he had in his minor league days, when he ran into outfielder May. Knocked them both out of commission.
