In the meantime he’s acquiring some seasoning and baste. He is contemplating a bold expensive deep frier to speed up the timeline for the turkey but isn’t sold yet. You forgot to mention that there's only one (or possibly two) of these deep fryers and they are very popular with the other GMs. Also, this particular brand of deep fryer likes to be around other expensive appliances in order to increase its chances of appearing on Food Network. Rick is still sporting a kitchen filled with green and yellow appliances, each of which contains an analog clock.
