    It has and I’m pumped.  He barely used it last year after it was his bread and butter breaking ball coming up in the Nationals system.

    Yeah, the fastball is a quality pitch but not when guys are just sitting on it.  Got to use the breaking balls consistently to better set it up.

    That is such an effective out pitch idk why pitchers don't use it more. When Quintana was at his best with the Sox he killed opposing hitters with it.
