You gotta get that “F” key fixed.

  • One of those nights where losing my dad hurts even more. He would have fucking loved that game. Glad I could share it with all of you

I can't get over that Moncada thing still. The guy has a likely strained back and should be on the shelf for 2-3 weeks and he's being forced into action to look like a jackass at the plate on a national stage. That is a fireable offense, straight asinine to say the least

Yeah, he needs rest. No reason to aggravate his injury. Put him on the shelf until after the ASB.

Great outing Bummer.  Made them look silly.

Bummer is filthy. That was the same pitch he froze LeMahieu on.

Bummer is a stud.

There's your future closer who makes Colome tradable for a good return

I get that you have to carry a dozen bad pitchers on the back end.

I get that you need to keep carrying scrubs on the roster like Rondon, Alonso, and Cordell.

But tell me not one guy, not a singe one you could have sacrificed to get another IF up here knowing damn  well Moncada is hurt and can't play.

Or maybe IL Moncada, what a concept.

Yep no reason to risk further injury to Yoan. Same crap happened last year with the hamstring. Those idiots had him trying to steal bases a day or two after initially tweaking something.

Bummer has tripled Nova’s strikeout total in fewer than half the innings pitched- and that includes seeing pinch hitters instead of pitchers and their sub-.200 no. 9

Completely agree. I applauded the decision because of Hamels pitch count, but if there was a chance Maddon leaves him in (which he did) and Moncada is injured (which he was) then it was just plain moronic.

I'd rather see Collins hit if that's the case. At least he's healthy and you would've gotten the same result.

Don't forget...we still have Collins laying in the weeds.

Moncada's probably going to hit a HR left handed to make us a look stupid, but if I'm Maddon after seeing that shit I'm putting in a LHP next time he's due up.

Marshall for the 8th? I have a feeling we might see Herrera instead though

I assume Marshall in the 8th.

I’m guessing Jace and then Herrera

Unsure if it means anything, but Jay was just pinch hit for in Charlotte in the 7th inning.

I love that Bummer has solidified himself into the future on this team. We need more players to figure it out like he has. Which is happening, with players like Gio and Anderson

Why is everyone surprised that Moncada is out there? This is the Crosstown Classic and Hahn wants to show off his shiny toys.

Remember this is the same front office that thought Yonder Alonso and Jon Jay meant more to Manny Machado than 50 million dollars.

Garcia clearly limping, this is bad.

Leury is hurt

Lol. Either he is hurt again or Cordell or Tilson is going bye bye

Could also see them leaving in Bummer one more batter.

Garcia has something seriously wrong with his lower body.

Going to have to put Garcia and Moncada on the IL.. Oof

Leury did not look good after swinging that bat.

Dude not everything is some conspiracy theory.

I can't wait till Garcia tears his hamstring at this point with him hobbling around right now.

Looks like a back or oblique.
