Colome isn't exactly Mariano Rivera every outing.

  • The two most important parts of the rebuild are batting 5th and 6th and getting less PA's in the lineup.. I like Ricky as a tank commander, not as a competent manager.

  • But... left-handed hitting!!!

  • I think he reads this board and is just doing it to aggravate people here.

Cruz is on roids and you can’t convince me otherwise

Colome has looked awful since the trade deadline.

This guy could end the game with one swing (either way, homer or pop up, nyuk nyuk).

I thought fricking Cruz was out for the year and dropped him from my teams, damn.

If we win, it's luck. Sano is aggressive; Coloma ineffective.

Wow that 2-1 pitch from Colome had walk off written all over it

Whew. We win.

Saw it mid air and my stomach straight up dropped

So Sano's desire for a homer or strikeout gives us the win. That ball 3 woulda been 3-0 and he'd have ultimately walked him. Homers and K's are not always the best strategy.

Thank gawd ???

Nice location on the final pitch

Good god, just stop

Ivan Nova is 6-2 since the start of last month.

Ryan Goins got three hits? Luuuucky ?

Good win!  Pitching, hitting, defense & speed.  Saw it all on display tonight.

Winning a game apparently isn’t good enough for some guys. Now they berate the opposition for not hitting the ball LOL

So apparently the Twins announcer and stadium PA guy uses he gone on twins strikeouts.

Has lowered his FIP under 5 and is up to 1.6 fWAR or so.  It's too bad the Sox don't have a cheap ass option on him, although I bet there's some mutual interest.  Rare decent Hahn dumpster dive.

No one will try. One unofficial punishment for getting caught taking PEDs: your whole career is tainted. If you suck afterwards (beef), you were only good because of the roids. If you are good afterwards, you are back on the roids and getting away with it. If Cruz doesn't like it, tough, he shouldn't have cheated in the first place.

He draws the walk, their odds of winning is huge  ... what's your problem this evening?

I'm thrilled we won; I'm saying Sano had the wrong approach. Glad he did.
