Yep. He went to Driveline last offseason, said he felt great. Clearly didn't work last season. Although he did have a few good outings right before he hurt his hamstring last year. I don't really have any expectations for him anymore.

I think he is the FO’s #1 plan going back a year, hence Mazara.  Adolfo having a big year all but guarantees 7-8 straight championships

That interview is on whitesox.com if you look up the game and click on video. Said it was a mechanical change he made the last month of the season. Didn't hear the quote about top velocity.
