Engel nor Mazara will hit tough rightness. At least Engel is a good defender.

Yep, I agree.  Mazara's weak grounders and lazy fly balls to mid outfield are getting old.  He has had some battling at bats for singles or walks but he was brought in to provide at least gap power and to hit the ball out of the park imho.

I feel like Collins needs to come back up so McCann and Grandal can be in the lineup together more.

Or DH Abreu so they both can be in

The runs...

Ricky leaving cordero out there was idiocy.

He isn't a good manager - but baseball it matters the least, especially when you have the line-up we have going right now.

The bullpen to me is smoke and mirrors... I'm not sure it can hold up.

Bullpen would be fine if Bummer was around. But he's not and we really don't have many trustworthy guys to throw out there. For some reason, Ricky seems to think Detwiler doesn't exist.

A high quantity of one can often follow a high quantity of the other

Tough loss. As Stoney said it was winnable. Stuff happens. Worst thing tonight IMO was my guy, Jose's error in dropping the DP throw and the lousy start by Dallas K. Oh well. Can Lopez come through tomorrow?

You can't have a black hole at DH which is what EE is right now. Bring up Vaughn or have McCann and Grandal take turns. Tonight the Sox ran out 3 guys who can't or aren't hitting a lick. That is 1/3 of your order. That is ridiculous.

I will keep saying it until it happens- Yermin Mercedes, the guy who raked in AAA last year and was the best hitter in spring training.
