lol wut? Yolmer will be able to string together a 10 year career thanks to his glove. Most utility infielders are terrible hitters.

he's not a big leaguer, which is why he was DFA.  sox weren't exactly first on the waiver...

Everyone last week: Moncada clearly isn't right, take advantage of the off days and sit him against the Pirates and Royals so he can be ready for the Twins series. Ricky: He's fine, I know what I

Why does the first part matter at all? He was on a bad time while also playing bad baseball.

he was bad because he was asked to do something he shouldn't be asked to do; start.

just as an FYI, Gordon Beckham is in his 10th year in the league. He can't hit. He is a utility guy who is solid everywhere and is only kind of bad as a hitter.

Yolmer is an elite defender. He has accumulated 4.6 WAR in 2438 AB's. It is not good, but it is 100% a MLB player

He gone!

yolmer's true talent has clearly fallen to replacement level, I don't know what else to say, look at his batted ball data, look at his WAR, look at his damn PA.

I didn't say he isn't a MLB player. But I'd rather him be on someone elses team. I've suffered enough watching him play.

He's on a big league roster that is in first place. He's a big leaguer despite your decision and opinion that he's not.

Byron Buxton looks homeless

At least I don't have to follow Buxton's career, yikes.

He played 140 games last year and was a 1 fWAR player; which again, by definition is not a replacement level player.

fair enough. him and Engel have a home on this roster imo. The offense doesn't need any help.

Love watching DK pitch, so fast and fluid.

I'd rather only have 1 black hole batting a night. We have two tonight.

Keuchel brings a real calm to this rotation for me. He makes everything looks so smooth and easy.

Who is the other one?

Watching Dallas pitch before Lopez tomorrow is nice

Mazara. I don't like them back to back.

I appreciate both your contributions to EE and Mazara's 4 +RBI 1 HR night combined.

Timmy just had a pitch to drive....ugh he just isn’t seeing it well

man he's got great hands tho, that's his maturity as a hitter now.

TA pokes a single into RF.  Nice piece of hitting.

You are welcome. If Mazara does what he did last night I’ll trash him every chance I get
