What a needless personal attack.  From a mod too.  Notice how I never post about other posters only sox baseball.  You mistake my passion for the Sox and the game of baseball.

  • He had no control from the windup against the Twins. I actually talked about this during his last start in the gamethread. Good to see Coop taking my advice to heart. ?

Here we go again.  I wonder if he even throws strikes in bullpen sessions.

And the tale of two Cease’s continues ?

Jesus. I hope he at least turns into Rich Harden at this point. That would be better than this.

Cease control issues continues

I remember when I watched him throw before his debut last year. It was startling how inconsistent he was. Usually when you watch guys, they can throw strikes every time if they want.

Best breaking ball so far, good job.

More of the strike 3 on Castellanos sliders, Dylan

That was strike three and out at second.

Wow.  Strike 3 missed.  Great throw goes for naught.

Yep that’s the Votto Zone

At least he’s battling here and started 0 - 2.

Dylan has so much trouble executing with 2 strikes

In your experience the Sox are going to lose every game, everyone sucks and nothing can go right.

Cease's future might be in the bullpen.

It's maddening the action he has in that arm. We may need to control the pitches he throws more. Coop may need to ditch the slider a little more.

Lollipop throw by Abreu gets the out.

Living on the edge. More sloppiness by Madrigal

Jose has saved us every inning at 1B so far.

I can see how this Reds team is only .500. They can't buy a hit with RISP.

I just laughed when I saw just now that there were no hits.  Feels like the Reds are dominating him.

He may not get out of the 4th, but will leave the bullpen with a no-hitter.

5K, 4BB, 1HBP in 3IP on 63 pitches.  32/63 for strikes.
