What a needless personal attack.  From a mod too.  Notice how I never post about other posters only sox baseball.  You mistake my passion for the Sox and the game of baseball.

  • He had no control from the windup against the Twins. I actually talked about this during his last start in the gamethread. Good to see Coop taking my advice to heart. ?

Who cares, his record is 34 and 18. Nothing else matters.

I mean, I'm not a fan of RR by any means, but....

How can he be responsible for Dylan Cease not hitting the broadside of a barn, and Detwiler being....what he has always been, historically?

Sure, EE shouldn't be in the lineup, nor Mazara, but I think we've seen that nothing will change there.

The Sox are in first place and guaranteed the playoffs so something has gone right this year. We need to keep reminding ourselves of that fact

I agree, but they’re probably saving everyone good for Cleveland.

Today's game is just as important as against Cleveland tomorrow. Winning today and Minny losing to Darvish, almost certainly wraps this division up. I see a lot of fans caring about the pitching matchuos but playing well heading into the playoffs is critical.

Boy, the meat on this Red's series sandwich was very good but the breads suck.

Walk number 11!

This might be the most frustrating game of the year.

Can we not have Cishek on the playoff roster?

I don’t like conceding the game, but that’s how I see it.  When the pen has cover 4-5 innings every few games you can’t pitch your best arms every game.

Guessing he’s gone when Bummer comes back.

The starters need to take their lumps instead of relying on the pen all of the time.

Went for a walk after we put two on the board and returned back to the good news, another walk! Only 5 more to tie a MLB record and 6 to take it.

Bad news, gave back those two runs... damn.

Not. A. Strike.

Yikes.

11BB, 3HBP.

Let’s hope they get all ugly bad out of their system before heading to Cleveland...

Dylan Cease cannot be our #3 in the playoffs

Send to Cooperstown?  As an example of how not to play baseball?

Have to hope Darvish shuts down the twinkies tonight or we could be looking at nail biter finish as far as winning the Division goes.

What is Renteria doing leaving in Cishek with so many pitches?  He won't be a available for the Cleveland series....oh I get it...good job Ricky.

“Terribly inconsistent series” is too kind Stoney
