I don’t like the Cubs just because they have a player named Wisdom.

Are we still projected to play NYY if things stay this way as I noticed MIN is winning?

Yep. If Minnesota is up big early tomorrow we may want to tank.

Would you rather play the Twins in Minny or the Yankees at home?

Why? Much rather play NYY at home than Oakland or Minnesota on the road.

Easily Yankees at home.

It would be Minnesota on the road. And the Yankees would smash us at this point. Not to mention they have 3 pretty good starters. At least we are familiar with Minnesota and there offense isn't that great right now.

Yeah as much as the matchup is favorable on paper for the Sox, PTSD will set in having to play out there in the playoffs ?

Madrigal gets his 2nd hit on the night.

A's road please

Yeah same. As good as the Yankees are, I'm just tired of playing the Twins and Indians. It's not like we've been historically bad against the Yankees in recent history.

Mazara hitting the ball the opposite way more, and hitting the ball more solidly. Good sign there, even if he is only on this team for (hopefully) another month.

My god that’s Jose Ruiz’s music

Maeda or Cole

Berrios or Tanaka

Yankees lineup is mashing and Minnesota's has been okay but not great.

Fuck the ops people.

I love me some nick Madrigal. If he's going to get on base and cause havoc....I'm good with that

Correct, whereas the A's on the road...that's been hell historically for the Sox

Tim looks awful.

The Yankees blast Minnesota every time in the playoffs. We are built like Minnesota.

He is slumping pretty bad right now.

Madrigal makes the opposition think about how to get him out. And that makes him dangerous

So many permutations yet in the seeding. Yanks only 1 game up on blue jays, with the head-to-head at 5-5. Can’t say who has better intradivision there. Twinx probably dreading Yanks. Looks like Sox will be #2 or3 or4 or7.

We don't want the Yankees, Cole and that line-up? No thanks....

Yep. Home run hitting team that is capable of prolonged slumps. Good talent when clicking, but swings at too many bad pitches. Both teams have two starters are that dependable then it is a crap shoot. Those two pitchers on both of our teams aren't really scaring teams like the Yankees.

Cubs still could try to get the 2nd spot tomorrow if they win this game

Cubs are 2 behind ATL, they lose tonight and they are locked in to 3.

Ah, that Marshall change
