How the f*** is that an advantage?

I wish I heard the whole interview. It had something to do with the new rules. Is there different rules for someone starting an inning and how many hitters they need to face? I haven't really paid attention to the rule.

Just a reminder we could have had AJ Hinch but Reinsdorf hasn't died yet.

Time for Hahn to go all "moneyball" and just DFA Nick Williams and Jake Lamb.  "Sorry, Tony, you can't start those guys tonight....they're no longer on the team"

Remembering Evan Marshall

I get it. This is a reference to Judd Apatow's 2008 comedic hit "Forgetting Sarah Marshall", starring Jason Segel, Mila Kunis, Kristen Bell and Russell Brand.

This must be one of those things he wants to change with how managers do things these days.  He really is an egomaniac.

From the interview it sounded like Katz brought it up.

Grandal has looked so bad swinging this year lefty

Jake Lamb time to shine!

No. The difference is only at the end of an inning, if a guy ends an inning then you can replace him regardless of the number of batters faced.

Someone said the only possible way it would matter is you could use a lefty specialist against 2 straight lefties, but the white Sox don’t have a lefty specialist and there weren’t 2 lefties coming up and the pitcher who came in was a righty.

So glad we wasted at bats for Lamb and Williams instead of Collins/Mercedes and Vaughn

Just wtf is he trying to do on that 0-0 swing

Madrigal's contact is lifeless.

And well done Lamb, glad you're in this game!

Was that even 8 pitches??

Madrigal is trash man. Dude needs to learn how to hit the ball with some authority.

Madrigal blows.

It worked out. Now, to waste 8 pitches against Bieber, and go back out on defense.

I think it was 7.

lol they sat Yermin for this...

1 of these days Madrigal will make it out of the infield

Mendick should absolutely be playing over Madrigal when TA gets back.

They gotta put Hendriks in here.

Every swing looks like a protect swing with 2 strikes
