  • Dane Dunning throws a complete game, losing after giving up only 1-hit. The only hit being a Nick Madrigal home run.

  • This has the opportunity to provide a gamethread of epic proportions.

  • I understand the joke, but even if Eloy is miraculously healthy, for the love of god do not play him in the game anywhere but DH. He'd go for an easy fly ball in left and we'd lose him in the Iowa cor

Now we have to go back to Grandal, Moncada and Madrigal...

You say that like it's a bad thing.

That was a nice inning.  Time for Cease to keep the Rangers down.

5 runs, no HRs

Nice to see Vaughn get on, hope he continues so he can stay in the lineup.

I can't wait for player ratings to be updated in The Show 21 and go crazy with Yermin.

The slowest line drive one could possibly hit...took ages to get to SS.  Got into his kitchen a bit.

But the Sox can’t beat RHP and Dunning is already better than Lynn!! Right?!? right?

We probably used up all of our BABIP luck on this homestead.

What will they do 3rd time through the order?...how about a good old fashioned ass kickin tonight Sox fans.

How many games for adjustments?  .410/1.118.

another missed call on first pitch by Cease

So this lineup looks like it could have three perennial .300+ hitters. What’s the last Sox lineup to do that?

Now the only question is whether Cease can get through 5 IP...

Good lord, so many pitches not even close

I'm looking forward to Jason's retirement from that friggin Nationwide jingle.

Leadoff walk.  Wonderful.

Geezus find the zone

I would get Kopech up in the pen

Vaughn with the two hardest hit balls in the game so far.

110 mph and 104 mph

Nice to rough Dunning up!

Juuuust a bit upstairs

I'm really not sure.

Holy shit, Dylan...

Lost his control again.

Command stayed in the dugout.

Cease is so out of control in his wind up.
