He has a lot of traits you look for and is still a guy I want to keep.  When a guy has potential and option years remaining you don't just dump him at low value.  But it is very clear he needs to get stronger and get a lot more reps in.  The change is new to him and really he was a multi sport athlete from a cold weather state so it might take a little while.  He's one of the Sox guys who was hurt the most missing a MiLB season last year.

This sounds pretty reasonable but he's no where near MLB ready at least we found that out I guess today.  Agree selling low would be a mistake.
