I'm actually warming to his presence on a 26 man roster, because of all the things he can do defensively and on the basepaths (see Royals 2014-15 with Dyson/Gore not even batting) to change the complexion of the game, getting on the pitcher's nerves and disrupting rhythm, etc.

Dallas really just needs to throw the sinker close to the edge of the zone and he'll be fine. He's getting hurt on pitches right down the middle in hitter's counts.
