If Hendriks held them in the 9th, who pitches for the Sox in the 10th with a ghost runner at second, nobody out?

Hendriks again?

You can question every decision you want. The Sox just got beat in a close game that could have gone either way.

Vaughn hitting into the triple play was brutal. It is what it is. Try to beat Cole tomorrow.

This just absolutely cannot be a serious post. It just can't.

I personally think of you as a way better person than myself because you obviously have done way more grueling work than me, or anyone else here for that matter. Can you email me your name? Also a pic

There was nobody else to pitch.  The bullpen is so hopeless right now.  Bummer just lost a game earlier this week; Heuer is a disater, Hendricks can't pitch in a tied game - the list goes on.  Had no choice but to keep going with Marshalls.  Hopefully Hahn gets some help for this sad bullpen soon.

LOL, again with people blatantly lying to themselves.

Sox bullpen definitely has some problems. Hendricks needs to be dominant from now on. And Tony has to find a way to reduce the number of relievers per game. If Tony has to use more than 2 relievers, certainly if he has to use 3, I am not a confident viewer.

If Sox make a trade, they need to find somebody really reliable. I know Colome stinks now but the last couple years didn't he almost have a perfect ratio of saves vs blown saves? He hardly EVER had a blown save as I recall.

Sox might have to trade 2 very very good prospects for a proven set up man.

Anyone else in the bullpen is better thanMarshall and his 6+ ERA.

Madrigal to baserunning/fundamentals school please...and Vaughn probably has never bunted in a game situation since early years of high school.

Madrigal is one of our worse base runners.  He has been thrown out several times with bad running plays.

A few people here really not realizing Marshall being in for two innings in a tie game is bad... my God.

TLR has Marshallin for 2 innings but uses Kopech for only one inning. How do you explain that.?

I just know we are losing all tie games that make it to the 9th. That is all.

Kopech was pulled because he was ineffective yesterday

You wanna punt a game punt todays as this offense cant hit Cole

If you watched you would know that Marshall relieved Kopech because Kopech had runners in scoring position with no outs, and Marshall got out of it.

so, that is how you explain that.

One manager pitches the best reliever in baseball in a tie game.  The other pitches the worst reliever on his entire roster and someone who will be DFA in the coming months.

This post doesn't have enough love, honestly. Huge glarring difference.
