You need to give pitchers an option to get a grip on the ball. Just let them use sunscreen and rosin. Anything stickier than pinetar should be banned.

I doubt he uses spider-tack or those special mixtures that were talked about in the off-season, but he definitely uses something, so he's not 100% innocent.
