The changes to the ball and the enforcement of sticky stuff, and the injury to Kopech has this bordering on a failed rebuild at this point.  If Moncada has no power without the super ball and Gio

  • She'll be single if she ever mutters those words

  • What an absolute abomination of a 2 strike pitch. Not getting that extension signed, looks better and better.

do we lead the league in double plays?

The amount of double plays we hit into is absurd

Fvking bunt or Hit and Run or whatever but they have to stop hitting into DPs.

Seriously fuck this offense!

Momentum swings back to the Tigers.

We gotta make sure Lucas doesn't face Haase again.

I really would like the Sox to hit more doubles with men on base than double plays  .

Dosen't matter if the offense keeps shittng the bed!

I’d really like to see TA bunt every once in a while.  Utilize his speed and force this team to throw the ball around.

Lucas needs to put his fastball there more often.

Giolito's walk to Cameron really hurt in that 2nd inning.

He Gone

Oh look, Lucas starts locating the high fastball again and he looks great......

Another 2 strike change up for a hit. Castro is just sitting on it.

SoX have the highest ground ball rate in the majors.  Need to try more hit and runs. Hit and runs also have the advantage of opening more holes in the infield for our ground balls to get through.

Bingo.

This is the best slider he's had in a while.

Sorry for overreacting, I'm an idiot.

Probably an adjustment period for Gio without the pine tar.

It is a real bad sign when I am more confident in Goodwin, Lamb, and Engel drive the ball out of the park than Anderson and Yoan.

Need to adjust. No more 2 strike change ups called in this game. Only fastball and sliders.

Another issue is that these are hittable change ups. If they were diving in the dirt they'd be swings and misses.

Did the Nats and Dodgers really play a game at 8 AM Pacific time? Holy hell lol.

Where the fuck has that high fastball been all season?

Nice inning by Lucas.
