Go get 'em. Lots of familiar faces on both sides. Our old JJ that Thibs misused and then doghoused and demoted before he was traded away with the winning free throws. Good for him, closing over the benched Blake Griffin. About those last free throws: They were up by 1 with 2.2 seconds to go after he made the first. Coach Nash should have told him to miss the second. NYK with no timeouts (Thibs hasn't changed there) would have to throw the rebound 70 feet to get a 2 point shot off and the clock would run out. Same for the three pointer, unlikely timewise but it beats you either way. James Johnson is a journeyman. Good for him hitting his free throws but let's not pretend the bulls lost a big one

He had to go elsewhere to become what he became after wasted years here. Got us a nice draft choice which was promptly wasted.
December 1, 20214 yr Eh - I'll live with the loss of a 2Rd pick. I was worried we'd get dinged with a FRP. But you can always buy a 2nd rounder.

December 1, 20214 yr It sucks ass cause it's all because Rich Paul couldn't keep his mouth shut for like an hour.
December 1, 20214 yr Coby White positive for Covid. He's sucked, but still a bummer. Oh well, more Ayo.

December 1, 20214 yr I actually have been pleased with White. His shot hasn't falled, but he has actually played much improved D (small sample size) and looks quicker to the hole. He hasn't finished and shot looks rusty and still has poor turnovers but I think some of that is rust. Ayo is a ton of energy - but you got to have someone on that bench unit that can create a shot and I think Donovan knows in the long run - giving runway for White is huge.

December 3, 20214 yr Ayo is simply better than Coby. The guy does not play like a rookie. Extend his ass.
December 3, 20214 yr Gritty win after yet another blown 20+ point lead. This team just can't hold big leads. Good to see Vooch come back with another good game. They finally have Vooch, Zach, and DeMar going at the same time. Lonzo missed just about every wide open 3 and they still won. Had he just made 2 or 3 of them this game wouldn't have gone down to the wire.
