Yeah when you hit the ball as poorly as he has in those situations, he doesn't deserve a lot of good results.

Lynn and Lucas have legitimate injuries, Dallas can usually eat 4-5 innings with 2-3 runs allowed, anything more is a bonus

I think he deserves poor results and is getting worse than that. His strikeout rate with RISP is better than average. Quality of contact definitely goes way down and he's clearly pressing, though.

Stay away from big innings would be a good start from Dallas.

Just from the eye test, I think he was hitting the ball well with RISP earlier in the season and getting poor results. Right now he's pressing and the quality of contact has disintegrated. It's obvious from watching him he deserves poor results, but nothing in the numbers supports that. Very low soft contact rate, FB and LD drives (via fangraphs) are good.
