Oh yeah I forgot nothing is ever Tony's fault at all....give me a fucking break.  Manage your damn pitching staff better.  I'm getting sick of him treating these games like they don't matter.

When did I say nothing was Tony's fault? Bringing in burr wasn't going to matter.  I don't like Tony either so nice try.

I hate this goddamn team. Bunch of gutless cowards, led by a fossilized buffoon.

  • Well, this lackadaisical approach to running through the end of the season has made the Sox a pretty tedious watch, in general.  I actually don't sit and watch them much because it aggravates me.  Yea

I can't keep track of who does and doesn't like TLR....my apologies Mr 80.  Sorry for the rants...I'm stepping out to watch Deadpool.

Burnes did stay in for the 8th. Still has the no-hitter. At 115 pitches going to the 9th.

Oof. Swings at ball 4 to ground into a double play down 5 runs.

weren't you listening to jason though?  We were about to win the game.

Boston should have forfeited.

I'm stepping out to. We can both agree it's frustrating. Nice movie choice ?

This is frustrating.  Get em tomorrow.

Awful outing for cease.

Sox can't hit bullpen it seems.

GIDPito!

Two double plays tonight.   Need to put runners in motion with him at bat at least once in a while.

Abreu singlehandedly killed two rallies when we were tattooing this guy.

I knew we could agree on something.  Better game tomorrow I'm sure.

Full count with 2 pretty fast guys on base would have been a good time to do it.

A strike out would have been better.  Need to help Abreu putting runner in motion with hit and run plays.

Burnes got taken out of his no hitter. Hader in to close it.

I don’t recall even one hit and run play with Abreu at bat this season.  TLR just does not adjust.  Waiting for the long ball, and more often we get the double play around the horn instead. This station to station static baseball is so frustrating.

Hader in to pitch the 9th. Brutal to send Burnes out there for the 8th when he was already over 100 pitches and then not let him pitch the 9th.

Could be that Jose doesn't like runners moving when he hits.

Yeah that didn't make a whole lotta sense.

Magic # is 11

No-hitter.

Magic # = 11

That game you were hoping to play ketchup then it's 11-3 in the sixth.

Devers having a rough inning.

Anything but a DP Cesar. Give Robert a shot.

Yeah, this. There are nights when your starter, even the best ones, just don't have it. Can't leave him out there to give up 7 runs, especially when the opposing starter is hittable. Keeping this inning at 3-2 or even 4-2 makes this still a winnable game, but Tony just doesn't want to pull starters this early.

Right on.  We carry a lot of relievers.  Use them. No way you let a reeling Cease pitch to Shaw with two on.  Try to keep the game at 4-2., then we have a good chance to come back.
