I also like that the 2-3 seeds need to max out on wins. No resting starters because it’s way too important to go for the 2-seed. I’m so happy they didn’t go to 14.

If all of those go into effect in 2023. 1 hour ago, southsider2k5 said: Fuck those 12 who voted against it. 1 hour ago, southsider2k5 said: Finally, we won’t have to see pitchers bat ever again. Nobody wants to see that and it will make pitching in the NL a bit more difficult. 1 hour ago, southsider2k5 said: Fuck the Astros, fuck the Yankees, fuck the Cardinals and fuck the Mets.

March 10, 20224 yr I like it, but that means more west coast games potentially, and could mean a lot of teams losing off days for makeup games. We’ll see how it goes.

Yeah I thought that too. I think it would be more structured like this though: ALC vs NLC 2 series, 1 home 1 away. Then ALC plays 1 series against half the NLE and NLW teams at home and the other half away. And then the following year, rotate home and away with the teams in the NLE and NLW. Edit: will be interesting to see if and how it happens. Edited March 10, 20224 yr by Bob Sacamano
