Bummer looks a lot better so far today

Just throw him out there in a monsoon so he can find his release point. Maybe keep him in a dunk tank adjacent to the bullpen so he can stay moist.

As presently constituted, the Cubs are fielding a better lineup than the White Sox. It should be a tough two game series for the Sox. Hopefully, the Sox will be able to win one of the two games.

The good old "sitting guys" to keep them fresh strategy. It's really worked wonders for the White Sox.

Robert was finally finding his swing and getting in a grove, and now he sits on the bench. It's just bad managing. I said it to you before PTATC, baseball is not some physcally strenuous activity that

I understand he started the year poorly, but the level of hysteria every time Bummer comes into a game is so strange

he has a multi year track record of being very good. That should have bought him some patience to pitch through 8 bad innings.

If the Sox are going anywhere this season, they’ll need Bummer to be good!  Give him a chance!

I'm with you. No reason to think he won't get back to himself

Someone posted a few days ago about with the new ball him having no clue where his sinker was going

Dare I say the Sox have woken up? If Sox can close this baby out they may be on the road back to .500. If they blow this game late, ouch.

Pollock waking up would be nice

Should have far more than 3 runs today with the chances they've been given

Relievers lose it all the time tho and three good years for a setup guy is like one good year for a starter.  He's looked terrible.

We were told this would kind of be the case with him, the rest of the team refusing to hit and his IL stint have taken the focus off of it.

Jose should consider an XBH here.

Disregarding an extensive track record of him being good because of 8.2 shaky innings is an extreme overreaction.

This Cub pitcher blows. Anybody who does not blast a hit off him has no excuse.
