In fairness, he does have a higher career fWAR than Casey Mize (so far).

Jonathan India might be the only good player in the top 10 of that draft.

He's certainly going to end up with a lot more than Kelenic. ?

It is insanity that in 2022 there's a baseball team with an unpadded brick wall in their outfield

I do think the Sox defensive positioning has been improved from last season

Good positioning.

Suzuki has been unlucky as hell this series

Tony is always late on this, but yep, the leash here should be very short.

Tell that to Kopech

That draft is looking like a big fat turd so I’m not sure the Sox missed much tbh. Even India I’m not sure is much better than a solid starter.

Madrigal vs Kelenic felt like the debate at the time, but the correct answer probably was India. Particularly with him turning out to be passable at 2b.

Yeah Gio looks like he's out of gas. It honestly looked like it in the middle of the Suzuki at bat.

He completely lost the feel of the change up.

Good job, Tony.

Got beat on a couple of mistakes, but I think this was a really nice start for Lucas

Solid outing for Lucas. 10 Ks !

Ive noticed Larussa has been breathing extra hard lately

Create some fun. Hit Contreras

Nice outing from Gio.  Other than the two mistakes that ended up in the seats, he pitched really well.

Consistent by Tony. One more base runner and you're out.

Weird that Lopez is basically going with a slide step. Is Happ really that big of a threat to run?

Yaz has been excellent behind the plate tonight. Framing well and that was a great block.

I think splitting more catching duties with McGuire has helped. And his knee is probably better as well.

Gonna need a good slider to beat him.

They keep throwing the fastball in the same spot, kinda worried about that!

Please be okay

UH OH

Fuck, Robert hurt himself.
