05/29/2022 - Cubs @ White Sox

TLR is never getting fired. For cripes sake JR brought him back because he felt so bad that he was fired the first time. The only way he ever leaves will be if he decides to on his own.

After all of these years, this is the first time that i'm actually wondering why i follow this team anymore.

  • This team legit sucks. Closer to being the worst team in the AL than the best.

The Cubs and the Sox should be merged into one team and be called the Cocks.

Agree.  JR doesn’t have the balls to fire TLR. HE fired Doug Collins, but TLR CAN STAY. TLR will not get us from point be to point A. Who’s out there to manage anyway? I’m so distraught I can’t even think who’d replace TLR at this time.

It doesn't matter because he's not getting fired

Gonna loose on unearned runs....

When you can't score everything is magnified.

Walker had a much bigger history with the organization.  Menechino doesn't have that

You gonna fire a guy who's team just came back to tie a ball game up in the 9th?  HARSH

Oh goody a RHP who throws a ton of sliders

The only way that LaRussa gets fired, is through some type of controversy, where Reinsdorfs hand is forced.

Desperately need to get a blast here

 False hope right now.

Should have crushed that

Not so sure that's a head up running play. If he knew where the fielder's were he'd have been running on that ball.

In coming strikeout on slider.

at least he hit the ball in the air..

They'll score one, just to tease.

Told ya.

Double in the gap would be nice.

Gotta be patient here this guy could throw a wild pitch. Move the runner

Why do they swing at that ball in the hands

Good take

Nice AB

great atbat

We should have won in regulation.  Turned out that Moncada and Pollock could pinch hit, and TLR decided not to pinch hit for McGuire And Harrison with the bases loaded late, and again Harrison in the 9 th fails again.  Yes, our D let us down, particularly Burger and ReyLo.

Burger totally went there

Huge take there!  MVPito time!
