The average OPS for the 5-9 hitters in the Sox lineup is 0.566

Moncada and Grandal can only dream of finishing the season with those numbers.

This might be the worst offensive approach of the season. It’s like they’re focusing on the splitter for some reason.

At least it's fast-paced.  Lynn shrugged off injury.

Who knows. Thought he might collide into sheets on that play…..

Sox are one of the worse coached team in MLB combined by a bunch of hard to coach guys, who refuse to adjust.

It wouldn't be hard at all with 150-200 healthy at-bats.

Alas.

Scintillating game we got going here

Vaughn must be slower than Abreu, which is hard to imagine.

Tony is faster than both.

Integral part of the evaluation process when you bring someone on board.

Even then, look at all the issues with Madrigal, who was billed as a manager playing the field.

That's why they are nicknamed The Flash Boys.

Another homer lost that Yaz finally caught up to.

Injured.

Just a bit too much hang time.

That was a hell of a catch.

Every team playing ridiculous defense against Sox the last week

When you see them run on TV you think you are watching a slow motion replay, when they are live.

Much better AB's this time around against Cobb

Good swing by Yoan at least

That is why we need to hit more homers.  We are in ground ball/warning track modes.

Yaz is not a great CFer, but that was as good a play as he can possibly make.  Fundamentally sound.

C’mon Tim split the gap

Don't want to keep the side pieces waiting.

55 at bats for Anderson since his last RBI

Amazing every blown call the Sox pay

Vaughn is broken all of a sudden.

Maybe feeling the pressure with friends/family/classmates in attendance?

These at bats are awful.  Robert swinging at everything is tiring.

Quit swinging at shit Robert

Not clutch this year. At least get can't hit into DPs with nobody on base.
