Two defensive misplays and can't get a call and finally get bailed out.

Thank god.

Being down 3 or 4-0 would have been a blow but Bundy hasn't been all that good recently.

Cueto is trying to get them off balance and swinging at borderline pitches and so far the Twins aren't biting. Would love to have an offense that does this.

Good thing Polanco wasn't as selective as Kepler.

You're forgetting that we usually make bad right handed pitchers look good.

lol wow our offensive start is on par with our defensive start.

Odd to see TA taking a fastball for a strike on the first pitch.

Maybe the Sox are feeling some jet lag playing on the west coast yesterday.

Of course he fing catches it.

More good outfield defense yay

Tired of seeing good defensive plays against us.

wow robert.

lol 8 pitches?

Seems like the Sox are terrible in the first inning

He's not quite right right now. That ball is usually gone.

Vaughn sure gets robbed a lot by defensive gems.

Because he doesn’t get his legs into his swing now.  It’s all upper body.

I think if Robert tried to ambush that fastball and pulled it, it would've been gone.

the vacuum.

Cueto and the Sox desperately needed that one...

We'll take it but can't rely on that all night.

Cueto getting bailed by double plays so far.

The Sox don't prioritize those types of hitters.

I agree, but they were 3rd in OBP as a team last year and 4th in walk rate. Right now a big part of the problem is that the guys who do grind AB's are either not doing it or have been hurt.

Ball isn't carrying well tonight to CF and the gaps...

Still don't think this game is going to end well. 3 hits, 2 walks in 2 innings. Hopefully it'll change the second time through the lineup.
