7/22 GT Guardians @ White Sox, 7:10PM CT, Apple TV

Featured Replies

The Guards wanted this game a lot more than the Sox, they hustled their ass off while we went through the motions, perfect example was when Giolito was slow in covering first base on a grounder to Abreu. Sometimes I wonder if the Sox know that they are in a race for the division or a a wild card spot or just don't care.

I found it interesting. It's fine that you don't. If it pisses you off that much, find a new hobby.

So we don't pinch hit for Leury in games but Tim Anderson sure.  Just retire you corpse.

At least they still managed to hit 4 home runs, that would take the White Sox a week to do.

It would also take the Sox a week to score 28 runs

Not a surprise. Team was kind of hot before the break but you just knew the multi days off would take away that momentum. This as we all know is a severely flawed team. On to the next game.

Well before the break the they all had a collective snit and responded with inspired play after the rumors of discord in the clubhouse, TLR being days from departure, etc.

We needed to let that work it’s way through to see what the true reality of this team is and whether the last couple of weeks were a dead cat bounce

We need better leadership than the low energy TLR.

Definitely a bad and dismal start to this series with Cleveland. I always try to be positive but each loss makes it tougher to do. I honestly thought the team would come out and play with intensity and determination but ugh, it was a pitiful showing.

Giolito was pathetic.  Doesn't look to be who is needed for playoff baseball.

They have two good starters and cannot win at home. Sound like a World Series team? Stop the insanity!!
