Joe Crede would have stepped on the bag and then teleported to first and to make it unassisted.

  • Looking forward to not watching tonight. Why bother? They will put a ton of runners on base and then not drive them home. The ninth will be three up, three down with the ball never leaving the infield

Crazylegs Vaughn.

Sheets gets a 3-1 hanger and pounds it right into the ground.  That ball should have been hit off the warehouse.

They've broken all of them.

Feels like a “get a couple early in the first, done the rest of the game” kind of night.

15 times a year?  Abreu doing the Minnie Minoso plan?

Not sure. I wouldn’t sign Abreu back, but I’m sure they will- and it will prove to be the wrong move, because it’s the Sox.

one of the most uninspired offensive teams ive ever seen

no confidence or coaching in big moments

Nice 5 innings for Gio. Need more runs .

This offense….what the hell.  3 straight innings where the second batter of the inning made an out on the first pitch.

Every pitcher the Sox face looks like a Cy Young winner. It's just too easy.

MOAR GROUND BALLS you fucking LOSERS.

Romy with a 3-1 high fastball….ground ball

This team can cure insomnia worldwide

Clearly not enjoying the game.

According to FS1, Watkins has had problems from the 5th inning on…Tonight he gives up no hits and one HBP! In the 5th and 6th innings! Another opposing pitcher having his best start of the year!

Advance scouting seems to be lacking with the Sox. Something to look forward to next year with 29 different opponents.

Never seen a Sox team score early then go into a shell rest of night.

They did it last night

Sox have 3 more innings to get some extra base hits. ISO for the month might dip below 100 soon.

At some point just call up Burger and hope he hits a few homers.

It makes me sick to think of him coming back next year.

Which one? Tony or AJ? Because it makes me sick to think of either coming back
