I bet they haven’t won many they trailed in. Can only think of 3

They just announced you get postseason tickets with a 2023 season ticket package. Which team's postseason tickets would I get?

  • I believe LaRussa just said there was nothing wrong with how we played tonight.  We had a lot of hits. Ozzie in the studio said I don't understand what he's saying.

  • Remember when they sent Robert to Charlotte for a rehab assignment to play 1 game and then he got sick? Then they only activated him off the IL to distract from their god awful trade deadline?

Hahn is worse than Tony IMO

Beyond a Jerry departure, or a major health episode or death for Tony, I see both returning at least for 2023.

Hell, I wouldn't be surprised if Jerry extended Tony to avoid a lame duck 2023 season, like Hahn did with Ricky.

You are probably right.

9th time this year the Sox had a lead in the 7th inning or later and lost.

Good thing Hahn made the bullpen a priority....how much worse would it have been?

They've trailed in the 7th inning or later and come back to win eight times.

We have plenty of time and talent to make up a relatively small gap.  The worry is that there really does seem to be something deeply wrong with this team.

There honestly isn't the evidence to even back this claim up.

The 2019 White Sox went 72-89

The 2020 White Sox went 35-25, managed by Rick Renteria, and lost in the first round of the playoffs in a COVID shortened season

The 2021 White Sox went 93-69 but were 39-34 in the second half of that season, and got outclassed by Houston in the playoffs.

The 2022 White Sox are 63-62 and played exactly .500 baseball in the first half of the season, going 46-46. They're 17-16 in the second half of this season thus far.

Since the second half of 2021, the White Sox are 102-96. They've been a .500 team for 200 games.

At what point do we stop looking at the first half of 2021 as the real White Sox, are realize this might be who they are?

Maybe if he made offense a priority we would score enough runs to not even be in this situation?

Liam Hendriks can't give up another 9th inning HR in that series...but he did.

Dude is all or nothing.

You need a Closer that rises to the occasion in the biggest games.  Not Hendriks.

Baltimore has a legit Closer. We had no chance against that guy.

Meanwhile, Hendriks gives it up on that kids first career HR

Fvk Hendriks

Are you OK? Seriously. What the fuck.

Or has more than 2 pitches.

At the ASB they were exactly 1,500-1500 since 1980 ?????

Hahn should have just left when he said "mired in mediocrity." Who would have thunk that would be the definition of the product of the rebuild.

Have you seen the defense?  The offense WAS the priority.

Um, have you seen this offense?

Obviously, neither were the priority.

How many pitches did the best closer ever throw?

You can't even hear the questions let alone Tony's dead ass answers.

Haha what an idiot

If Stone leaves due to age and just being over it, and Benetti leaves due to getting better pay with national gigs and also being over it, I want to see a broacast duo of Pierzynski as the color guy and Pods calling play by play.

TLR should be in a fucking home. He's not even speaking English. What a fucking embarrassment. What a disgrace that this is the guy managing the "championship window".

Someone should be asking him if he smells burnt toast, because I think it's extremely likely he's had a stroke or two over the last year.

Robert should not be playing. Period. Even if he can't hurt that wrist more, the number of other ways he can get hurt swinging the bat that way are innumerable.

Holy shit. Fuck this organization.

Well I’d much rather see it than hear it.

You can tell Pods is really ticked and trying not to say the things we are all thinking.

Pods in the postgame said we have to rely on Cleveland to fall apart for the Sox to win it.  This team is not going to win 10 games in a row.

I just don't understand how the front office doesn't see this?
