There's 0 reason to not be in front of the ball there

  • It's nice to know Reese McGuire can have a future in the booth after his mlb career is over.

  • Engel is on this team for 2 reasons, his baserunning and his defense. He has been atrocious at both. Please dont come back next year

This September so far has literally been the plot of Major League II.

I had to go with the Mariners broadcast.  With Gordo all I would need is Tony in the dugout and start looking for that revolver.

But at some point you are what you have been whether it's a bunch of injuries or declining performance.

Exactly. I agree, that’s why I think a roster shake up is needed regardless of the outcome this year. You have to somehow shake things up. They cannot go into 2023 with this same roster construction and have Robert, Eloy, Yoan, and Tim every other week getting hurt or underperforming constantly

This team keeps swinging at balls in hitters counts

Sox keep swinging at crap. Sheets and Vaughn cooling off at same time is rough.

Robert and Yoan can field their position so they can stay. Everyone else can go for all I care.

Swing at garbage and then hit everything straight into the ground. The White Sox way

lets hope the rare example of white sox effort and hustle plus off

karinchak in for the save for the guardians instead of clase

They have the plate discipline of a turkey.

Swinging at a lot of bad pitches, situation normal with RISP.

The very definition of SNAFU.

Need an x-tra base hit here AJP.

No idea how we can fail so many times in the same situation.

Sox did everything they could not to score that inning.  Offense in a rut again last 3 games.

Well I see the offense still stinks.

Not a single strike to Pollock, and yet here we are.

Plate discipline and approach. Swung at 4 pitches out of the zone ahead or even in the count.

Like they pointed out in that take down from MLB network, their chase rate is abysmal.

Keep pretending Pollock is a viable option against RHP, and maybe by game ~140 it'll be true.

Eloy has an elite bat when healthy. If all you are looking for from Yoan is defense that’s not going to cut it, it’s a natural offensive position. If you are a competent GM you can always find a serviceable 3B making much less than Yoan with no bat.

Gilbert threw 20 pitches, 4 strikes that inning

While ABreu forgets what HR's feel like.
