Martin looks like viable rotation depth for next year. I just hope he's the ~7th starter entering the season rather than the 5th,

  • I would like to finish in front of the Twins.  I personally DGAF about the 14 basis point increase in the lottery.  So let's go 3-3 or better to finish, please.

Overpowering Juan Soto on 3 pitches like that is pretty damn impressive.

Eloy has taken a massive step forward this year as a hitter.

just stay healthy. please.

ELoy pulls one for a HR !!

Eloy has a career best wRC+, batting average, OBP,, walk rate, strikeout rate, etc.

I would like a full and healthy season from this recent Eloy.

Double Sheets LCF and then Moncada hit ! 2-1 Sox

it's nice seeing Yoan turn around fastballs like that.

I know what they say about September baseball, but I like seeing signs of life from Moncada. He's not worth trading so we should hope he turns it around next year. Then we can trade him.

I'm going to go ahead and guess that the Neon Moncada haters absolutely despise the Padres City Connect jerseys.

Rick Hahn isn't going to find a better 3rd basemen than 2019-2021 Moncada. A healthy organization would fix whatever the hell went wrong with him this year and have him back to being productive next year. It's on him and the Sox to make that happen.

Not that it matters, but playing Harrison over Romy or Sosa in meaningless games is dumb.

cant wait until i dont have to watch josh harrison play anymore

like seriously do we purposefully look for guys with horrible plate discipline and no power?

It matters because it shows that big energy might be back.

The cap looks ok but that batting helmet is a bit much for some reason for me.

I was told they wanted to send him to the minors this summer but they had too many players injured.  I hope they finally had enough of his bullshit and get his tired ass out of here.

lol

Martin's ability to throw his slider for strikes is pretty impressive.

Big yikes.

Martin headhunting tonight. Andrus really is the best coach on the team.

Moncada's babip 2017-2021: .348

Moncada's babip 2022: .263

I know the EV numbers aren't there, but that's a massive difference.

His babip from midnight to 6am is 1.000

The more I see, the more I like letting Harrison go and having Gonzalez and Andrus in the infield next year. And Martin is a good addition to the staff, along with one to two good starting pitchers next year.

Davis could've imploded after that hit batter.  Did a nice job there.

You absolutely need a major left handed bat in the OF if you bring back Andrus.
