  • The Sox botching Hendriks and Crochet’s rehab is so damn predictable.  Truly the dumbest organization imaginable.

  • Should've won Saturday, Sunday and today

This goes back to extra pitches Cease had to throw last inning.  Then 8 pitch inning.   This organization is such trash.  Yoan, Anderson and Grandal need to all go complete waste of money.

Kelly sort of blows. Tonight?

Would have been better than ReyLo because Kelly has better breaking pitches than ReyLo who is more susceptible to the homer with the straight fast ball. IMO.

You are right. Grifol was a coach for like 10 yrs at perennial loser KC and never promoted to manager.

There was no logic to this hire except he's Cuban-American and the front office/probably Reinsdorf thought he would make the Cuban players play better. This is a conspiracy theory but I can't think of any other reason

Because he was the easiest person for the front office to control

Maybe that he was cheaper than other candidates as well.

Nice inning of taking strikes and swinging at balls

Burger really needs to stop swinging at everything

3 absolutely terrible At Bats

Par for the course for the Sox lately.

6.75 era and 1-2-3

He did on the 3rd pitch. Unfortunately it was the only pitch in the zone

If we lose this game, most of the blame should be on TA for failing to move the runner to third with no outs. IMO.

12 pitches 2 strikes   2 Ks and a swinging bunt

The lack of urgency shown by Grifol with this quote is crazy

Not many strikes thrown by Almont but against us you don't need too

Nah, this is on Lopez

i think it was 12 pitches and 4 in the zone. Late innings , need base runners, force pitcher to throw strikes. Get pitches to hit instead of crap.

Holy f***....how does anyone in charge watch this inept pile of s%*# that is White Sox baseball and not do anything???

Because we have an incompetent manager, GM and owner.  The Three Stooges.

TA hasn't had enough time to straighten it out, clearly. All teams should strive for a leadoff hitter with a sub 600 OPS.

Absolutely

The worst pitch wasn't even the fastball that was hit for GS......it was the hanging slider to Outnam who has struck out 5 times this series and can't hit a fastball.

I'd agree if he was on the mound giving up that slam.

A Flat Fastball right down the middle with bases loaded is not a formula for success.

The thing to remember I guess is that there are two teams competing and both want to win. Lopez just got beat on that one is all. It happens

Need to take walks when given to us.  One of the reasons why we have four solo homers tonight as we don’t have many runners on base.

It was an awful pitch to someone that hits fastballs and struggles with breaking balls

He is way over his head.
